GBS Provide two categories scholarship : Economically Disadvantaged and Socially Challenged.
1. for economically disadvantaged background students Kalyani Scholarships : i.100% fee waiver (except Admission Fee)
ii.Class 10/equivalent: >= 75%
Class 12/equivalent: >= 75%
Graduation: >= 60%
Qualifying Aptitude Exam (CAT/MAT ) >= 80 percentile
Other outstanding achievements (documentary proof required)
Furthermore, the students awarded scholarships student must maintain an academic CGPA >= 6.0 in all Semesters at GBS and actively participate in the institute’s Beyond Education activities.
2. for achieving recognition or excellence in sports or culture/arts areas students get Outstanding Achievers Scholarships
i.Quantum of Scholarship: Rs. 1,00,000 each
ii.For Sportspersons, the student must have been recognised by a prominent sports body/association at the State or National level in any outdoor or indoor sporting event.
In the Arts area,studentswho achieving National level recognition in any areas such as Debate, Quiz, Dance, Drama etc. will be eligible.
Furthermore, the students must maintain an academic CGPA >= 5.0 in all Semesters at GBS and actively participate in the institute’s Beyond Education activities.
Administration of Fee waiver: The first part 50% (i.e. Rs. 50,000/-) will be reduced from the penultimate installment and remaining 50% reduced in the last installment.
For both categories of Scholarships the parental income should be Rs. 8 lakh per annum
