The College offers 100 MBBS seats annually and is associated with West Bengal University of Health Sciences, Kolkata, West Bengal. It is accredited by the National Medical Commission (NMC).

6) SSKM Hospital: In 1707, the Old Fort at Gerstein Place became the site of the first hospital in Calcutta. This hospital was built by the Council of Fort William. Built originally for Europeans until 1770, this hospital was named the Presidency Hospital after the Calcutta Presidency and because of its close proximity to the Calcutta Presidency Jail. 7) All India Institute of Medical Sciences: In Saguna, Kalyani, West Bengal, India, there is a public hospital and medical school called All India Institute of Medical Sciences It is among the Institutes of National Importance and AIIMS.
